Basically, there are 5 reasons to use Tinder anonymously and “in secret”:

• You’re an inauthentic, spineless and dishonest dude, who wants to cheat on his partner in secret
• You’ve an authoritarian job and don’t want to lose your serious reputation (for example, because you’re a teacher, consultant or politically active)

• You come from a strict community (for example, a village where everyone knows everyone and where there’s a lot of gossip OR from strictly religious circles where dating freely is strictly forbidden)
• You want to use the app for fun and just chat with women – unrecognized and without wanting to eventually date them
• You’re a giant weirdo who wants to catfish women

I’ve some excellent news for you.

There’s actually a way you can show your tender face without being seen by people you know.

With this method, you remain completely anonymous.

At least you can decide WHO you’re visible to.

With this method, you’ll only be shown to women that you mark with a “like”.

To the rest of the users, you remain completely invisible – until you swipe them to the right and “like” them as well.

How does that work exactly?

Here you go:

• Step #1: Install Tinder
• Step #2: Turn off “Show me on Tinder” in the “Settings” section of your profile
• Step #3: Buy a Tinder Plus subscription
• Step #4: Go to “My Tinder Plus” in your profile overview and activate the following option:

Go to “Control who can see you” and activate “Only people I’ve liked”

This feature is also available with a Tinder Gold subscription.

This way, you can swipe people to the left who shouldn’t see your profile.

The disadvantage of this method is that you’ll miss more matches and you’ll have to swipe longer to get matches.
